Fair Pay

You deserve equal pay for equal work. It’s that simple — but it's not happening today.

One number says it all: women today are still paid only $0.77 to the man’s dollar.

The current wage gap has improved at a rate of less than half a cent per year since 1963 when women were paid 58.9 cents for every dollar paid to men.

And assuming the same rate of improvement, the gender wage gap would not close completely until around 2058 or until today’s high school students are about ready to collect Social Security benefits.

Do you want to wait another 50 years until women are paid a fair wage?

We sure don’t. And with your help, we will make wage discrimination a thing of the past.
